Why I Run
I am participating in the Dallas/FT. Worth Undy RunWalk on November 9, 2019 at Levitt Pavilion On behalf of my dad, Bernie Ausdenmoore. My dad was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer in August 14th, 2018. The strongest man I know fought the hardest battle, and never gave up hope. Sadly, my dad was called home August 22, 2019, just over a year from his diagnosis. Bernie was the most selfless man. Even after receiving the terminal diagnosis this spring, he continued participating in clinical trials for the sake of helping others, who receive the same diagnosis. He also donated his body to science so that doctors can learn from him to help those in the future. I want to help carry on his giving legacy, and participating in this run-walk will be the first of many.
Please support my involvement in the Undy RunWalk with a tax-deductible donation. Your support will help us prevent colorectal cancer and save lives.
